tewo is an HR and business management platform operated by Amionyx, Indore, India. This page says what we hold, why we hold it, and how to have it removed. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Who the data belongs to
Almost everything in tewo belongs to a company, not to us. A company signs up, invites its people, and enters its own records. We hold that data so the company can use it, and for no other purpose. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not use one company's data to do anything for another.
What we collect
- Account details — name, work email, and a phone number where one is given, for the people who sign in.
- Company records — whatever the company enters: employees, documents, clients, projects, leave, hours, assets, job postings and applications.
- Public page content — the company's own description, photographs, offices, opening hours and links, which that company chooses to publish.
- Enquiries — the name, email, phone number and message somebody sends through a company's public page. These go to that company.
- Technical records — sign-in times, IP address and browser, kept to keep accounts secure and to find faults.
Google Business Profile
A company may connect its own Google Business Profile. This is optional, and nothing about tewo depends on it.
-
What we ask for. The
business.managescope, which lets us read the listings the connecting Google account already manages, read their reviews and performance figures, and post replies to reviews. We also ask for the account's email address, so the workspace can show which Google account is connected. - What we store. Only for the listings the company explicitly links: the listing's identifier, its address and opening hours, its reviews, and daily performance figures. We also store the authorisation token, encrypted, so the connection keeps working without asking again.
- What we do with it. Show the reviews on that company's own public page; let that company read and answer them; show its performance figures on its own dashboard; and fill in its address and opening hours. Nothing else.
- What we never do. We do not read a listing the connecting account does not manage. We do not aggregate Business Profile data across companies. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or show one company's Google data to another. We do not send a reply to a review unless a person at that company presses send.
- Turning it off. A company can unlink any listing, or disconnect Google altogether, from inside tewo at any time. Doing so deletes the reviews and figures we hold for those listings and discards the token. It changes nothing on Google itself. Access can also be revoked directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Where it is kept
Data is stored on servers we operate, and files — logos, photographs, documents — on Cloudflare R2. Access is limited to the people who need it to run the service. Passwords are stored only as hashes; we cannot read them.
How long we keep it
For as long as the company keeps its workspace. When a workspace is deleted, its records are deleted with it. Some entries — an invoice, a sign-in log — may be kept longer where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. If the data belongs to a company you work for, ask that company first — they control it, and we act on their instructions. Otherwise write to us and we will answer.
Cookies
We set a cookie to keep you signed in, and one to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. That is all. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on tewo.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so in the product rather than quietly editing this page.
