The public page

Every company gets an address of its own

Each workspace has a public page at tewo.in/<company> — the company's story, what it sells, its offices and opening hours, its open roles, and a way to get in touch. Enquiries from that page arrive in the workspace as leads. It is the page a customer or an applicant actually reads, so it is built from what the company has filled in and nothing else.

Google Business Profile

A company's own listing, shown on its own page

Most of our customers already maintain a Google Business Profile for each office. We let them connect it, with their own Google account, so that the work they have already done there is not done twice here.

Reviews on the public page. The reviews for each office appear on that company's tewo page, with a link back to Google.
Replies from inside tewo. They can read and answer reviews without switching tools. A reply is only ever sent when a person presses send.
Performance on the dashboard. Impressions, calls and direction requests for each listing, beside the rest of the workspace's numbers.
Address and opening hours. Filled in from the verified listing instead of being typed again by hand.

Consent, and only what was chosen. The business owner authorises with their own Google account. After that they pick exactly which of their listings to link — nothing is linked by default, even when the account manages several businesses — and they can unlink any of them, or disconnect entirely, at any time. We never read a listing the connecting account does not already manage, and we do not aggregate, resell or expose Business Profile data to anyone other than the business it belongs to. Unlinking removes the data we hold for that listing; it changes nothing on Google.
